Easter Sunday walking

I decided that, even though I'm a full week late with these photos, I really wanted to share them as we had such a good walk.  My parents arrived home from South Africa  just before Easter.  They'll be here for the next 6 months or so before heading south again.  We enjoyed a wonderful walk with them on Easter Sunday around Tyninghame.  I think I'll let the photos tell the rest!

School starts back tomorrow.  We have had a fantastic holiday and I think it will be a bit of a shock but I guess we'll soon settle into our term time routine again.  It usually happens all too quickly!

Lovely :-) Some great tree climbing skills there too!

It must be wonderful for you and the children to have your parents home again. Didn't they feel the change in temperature after having been in warmer climes?

It must be lovely to have your parents home and for you all to go on such a great walk. That forest looks amazing.

We've got another week off yet, haha! Sorry! I guess you finished up a week before we did.

Looks like the sun shone for you too. Hope you had a good easter break and the children aren't too sad going back to school this morning! Julie x

Nothing beats a long walk together for settling back into easy familiarity with folk who've been away. And what a great walk it looks to have been.

Lovely photos and as many above have said, it must be great to have your parents back for a while. I hope the return to school wasn't too hard, I always hate the first week, getting back into those morning routines. Beth/thelinencat xx
